I recently did a call out on my Facebook and Instagram to find out what podcasts you all love to listen to when you are struggling with your mental health. Whether we are feeling lonely, anxious, low, depressed, stressed or angry podcasts provide a great distraction and comfort. It’s interesting…we all have different needs and that is reflected in the podcasts we choose to listen to when we are feeling vulnerable. The podcasts listed below talk about everything from wellness tips, life tips, comedy, feminism, and meditations.
