What is lymphatic therapy?
The lymphatic system quietly supports detoxification, circulation and immune health. Unlike the circulatory system, it does not have a pump and instead relies on breath, movement and gentle stimulation to keep fluid moving.
When lymph becomes sluggish, the body may hold fluid, feel heavy or appear puffy. Lymphatic therapy supports the body’s natural drainage pathways, helping restore flow, reduce inflammation and bring a sense of lightness back to the tissues.

Two lymphatic treatments are available depending on whether you wish to support the body or focus on facial sculpting and drainage.

At your first appointment we will spend a little time discussing your concerns, health history and what you would like to gain from treatment.
Everyone’s body presents differently, which is why I take a whole-person approach. This includes looking at skin health, circulation, lifestyle and overall wellbeing.

A full-body lymphatic drainage treatment designed to reduce fluid retention, support detoxification and restore a sense of lightness.

A full-body lymphatic drainage treatment combining hands-on therapy, body brushing and Therabody compression technology to support detoxification and circulation.

The treatment begins with dry body brushing to gently stimulate circulation and activate the lymphatic pathways.
Hands-on lymphatic massage then follows, working rhythmically across the body to encourage fluid movement and open the natural drainage channels. Particular attention is given to the abdomen, an important centre for lymphatic and digestive flow.
Once the system has been activated, Therabody RecoveryAir compression boots are applied to the legs. These rhythmic pulses mimic the body’s natural muscle pump, encouraging lymphatic movement and supporting circulation.
While the compression therapy works through the lower body, hands-on treatment continues through the neck, shoulders and face to complete the lymphatic flow throughout the body.

A sculpting lymphatic facial designed to lift, contour and release tension while calming the nervous system.

A deeply restorative facial sculpting facial that lifts, contours and rebalances the face through lymphatic drainage, structural massage and intuitive touch. This treatment softens tension, restores fluid flow and encourages a naturally lifted, radiant complexion.

The treatment begins with gentle lymphatic activation across the neck and décolleté to open the body’s drainage pathways.
From here, sculpting facial massage techniques lift and contour the natural structure of the face while encouraging lymphatic flow.
Buccal massage techniques may be used to release tension within the deeper facial muscles, particularly around the jaw and cheeks.
Craniosacral work is layered into the treatment to calm the nervous system and allow the body to shift into a deeper restorative state.
Depending on the needs of the client on the day, Reiki may also be incorporated to support energetic balance and emotional release.
