What is lymphatic therapy?
The lymphatic system quietly supports detoxification, circulation and immune health. Unlike the circulatory system, it does not have a pump and instead relies on breath, movement and gentle stimulation to keep fluid moving.
When lymph becomes sluggish, the body may hold fluid, feel heavy or appear puffy. Lymphatic therapy supports the body’s natural drainage pathways, helping restore flow, reduce inflammation and bring a sense of lightness back to the tissues.

Katie has developed the Lymphology® treatments and trains therapists in the Legology protocols across the world.
Lymphology® is a system developed to manipulate the lymph to positively change your silhouette using legology products and specialised hands on massage to dissolve the congestion that builds up, triggering cellulite and the puffiness that makes legs feel heavy and tight and tummies feel bloated.
I’ve developed the Lymphology® professional treatments to deliver for every reason, whether you want to feel more trim for a one-off occasion or a holiday, or want to get on top of persistent bloating (often an issue during peri-menopause and menopause), feel less bloated and heavy-legged during pregnancy or after a long haul flight.

Two lymphatic treatments are available depending on whether you wish to support the body or focus on facial sculpting and drainage.

At your first appointment we will spend a little time discussing your concerns, health history and what you would like to gain from treatment.
Everyone’s body presents differently, which is why I take a whole-person approach. This includes looking at skin health, circulation, lifestyle and overall wellbeing.
Please allow an additional 15 minutes for your first appointment so we can complete this consultation comfortably before treatment begins.
the anti-inflammatory facial
A deeply restorative facial designed to calm inflammation, support the lymphatic system and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.

This facial is centred around massage, working gently yet effectively with the skin, fascia and lymphatic system.
The treatment begins with lymphatic activation, followed by myofascial release techniques and acupressure points to stimulate the meridian channels. Gentle lymphatic drainage massage is then used to encourage the movement of toxins, stimulate circulation, reduce puffiness and release tension held within the fascia.
By supporting the natural flow of lymph, the skin is able to detoxify more efficiently, benefiting both skin health and overall immunity.
Craniosacral techniques are also integrated, allowing the treatment to work beyond the surface of the skin into the deeper connective tissues of the face. This helps to soften restrictions in the fascia, restore natural movement and bring a sense of balance back to the face, body and mind.

From here, slow and intentional massage techniques work to release tension within the fascia while encouraging circulation and lymphatic flow. Acupressure points are applied to stimulate the body’s energy channels, supporting overall balance.
Craniosacral techniques are then layered into the treatment, helping the nervous system to settle and allowing the body to move into a deeper state of repair.
As the treatment progresses, clients often notice a softening through the face, a reduction in puffiness and a sense of lightness returning to the tissues.

The treatment begins with gentle lymphatic activation across the neck and décolleté to open the body’s drainage pathways.
From here, sculpting facial massage techniques lift and contour the natural structure of the face while encouraging lymphatic flow.
Buccal massage techniques may be used to release tension within the deeper facial muscles, particularly around the jaw and cheeks.
Craniosacral work is layered into the treatment to calm the nervous system and allow the body to shift into a deeper restorative state.
Depending on the needs of the client on the day, Reiki may also be incorporated to support energetic balance and emotional release.

A full-body lymphatic drainage treatment designed by Katie to reduce fluid retention, support detoxification and restore a sense of lightness.

The treatment begins with dry body brushing to gently stimulate circulation and activate the lymphatic pathways.
Hands-on lymphatic massage then follows, working rhythmically across the body to encourage fluid movement and open the natural drainage channels. Particular attention is given to the abdomen, an important centre for lymphatic and digestive flow.
Once the system has been activated, Therabody RecoveryAir compression boots are applied to the legs. These rhythmic pulses mimic the body’s natural muscle pump, encouraging lymphatic movement and supporting circulation.
While the compression therapy works through the lower body, hands-on treatment continues through the neck, shoulders and face to complete the lymphatic flow throughout the body.

Lymphology Treatment
A results-driven lymphatic treatment designed to contour, drain and restore lightness to the legs through hands-on techniques & drainage support.

This treatment combines manual Lymphology® massage with cupping techniques and targeted drainage products to support fluid movement and contour the lower body.
Using a combination of skilled hands-on massage and suction cupping, the treatment works to encourage the release of trapped fluid from around the tissues, supporting circulation and reshaping the appearance of the legs.
Deep drainage oils and stimulating topicals are applied throughout to enhance lymphatic flow and support the body’s natural detoxification processes.
The focus is on the thighs, knees and ankles, areas where fluid retention and stagnation are often held, helping to refine the natural contours of the legs while restoring a sense of lightness.

From here, hands-on contouring massage is applied, working rhythmically and precisely to support lymphatic drainage and release areas of stagnation.

MID-LITE debloat tummy
A focused lymphatic treatment designed to reduce bloating, support digestion and restore comfort and lightness through the abdominal area.

This treatment uses a combination of manual abdominal massage, compression techniques and reflexology to support lymphatic drainage and digestive function.
Working rhythmically across the midsection, the treatment encourages the movement of excess fluid while stimulating the internal organs to support the body’s natural detoxification processes.
Both deep and gentle techniques are used to release areas of tension, particularly through the stomach and hips where fluid retention and discomfort are often held.
Foot reflex points are also incorporated to further support digestion and lymphatic flow, creating a more complete and connected treatment.
Targeted products are applied throughout to stimulate circulation and enhance the drainage process.
